Software Updater

Update a particular software by clicking the Update button. The available updates are then downloaded and installed. In some cases you are redirected to vendor's webpage or another appropriate site to download the update.

If you don't want to be reminded about updates for a particular application, you can click Ignore updates next to the application name. We do not recommend this option unless you regularly check your software for updates.

At the bottom of the page you can click Refresh to update information about displayed program's status or access Software Updater Settings at the bottom of the screen.

With Avast Premier, you can opt to automatically download and install available updates. To enable this feature just click Turn on in the top right corner of the screen.

In case the information displayed is incorrect, you can try to reset the Software Updater database.
