Antispam - Blacklist

Manage this feature at: Menu ▸ Settings ▸ Active Protection ▸ Antispam ▸ Customize ▸ Blacklist

You can create a list of senders whose emails are always treated as spam.

To block only one address - enter the specific email address, e.g. john.smith@e-mail.com
To block an entire domain - enter the domain name only, e.g. e-mail.com

To remove an email address from the blacklist, click on it once and then click Remove.

When an email is received and the sender's address matches an entry on both the blacklist and the whitelist, email addresses take priority over domain names. For example, if the domain "e-mail.com" is blacklisted, but the specific address "john.smith@e-mail.com" is whitelisted, email from "john.smith" is delivered normally.

Using wildcard characters (like "*" and "?") is not supported.
